JB, there is! But... One option you'll find under "Courses" here. The Beck institute in Lakewood is hosting an extended Acting camp, and it is already approved for students of Lakewood high. So you might look at getting in that (if you are local--its not a residential camp). You'd then have to get a teacher/counselor from your district to sponsor you. Perhaps other users here know of other "real" course options. Of course, you might also locate a virtual acting course, but this seems a subject you mostly need to experience and practice.
